Service Use Policy – Courier Storage & Distribution
At Road Flex Courier, LLC, we’ve crafted our Low-Budget Logistics Solutions to help businesses that need short-term storage along with active delivery services. This isn’t your typical warehousing setup; it’s specifically designed for clients who are using our courier distribution services.
1. Purpose of Service
Our storage option is a temporary, low-volume solution that lets clients stage their inventory right here on Long Island for smooth last-mile delivery. The main goal is to support ongoing deliveries managed by our team, rather than serving as a long-term or passive storage solution.2. Eligibility & Usage Requirements
Storage is exclusively for our active courier clients. To keep your storage access, you need to maintain regular delivery activity. If your account doesn’t show consistent delivery requests, it might be suspended or removed from the storage program.3. Storage Limits
Each account can hold about 25–50 mid-sized boxes unless we give special approval. We reserve the right to decline excess inventory or ask for adjustments to keep things running smoothly.4. Prohibited Use
Our service isn’t meant to be a warehouse alternative, so clients can’t use it for bulk stockpiling or long-term storage without delivery activity. We also can’t accept hazardous materials, perishable goods, illegal items, or shipments that need special handling beyond what our standard courier practices cover.5. Shipment Handling
We can accept shipments from major carriers like UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and DHL, but only with prior coordination. All incoming shipments need to be properly labeled and pre-approved.6. Access & Inventory Management
We handle inventory management in-house, which means clients can’t access storage locations directly. If you need to schedule pickups, deliveries, or updates to your inventory, just let us know in advance!7. Liability & Responsibility
We take reasonable care with your items, but keep in mind that we’re not a full-fledged warehouse provider, so we can’t take on complete liability. It’s up to clients to make sure their goods are packed properly and insured if needed.
8. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to pause or end storage services at any time if our policies are not followed, if delivery activity stops, or if we hit our operational limits.
9. Agreement
By using our services, clients agree to these terms. This policy is designed to ensure fair usage, allowing us to keep logistics costs down while providing reliable courier services.
